We conducted a thorough survey by visiting schools and consulting with management, staff, parents, and students to collect insights from potential user groups about their experiences managing both academic and administrative responsibilities. Our objective was to pinpoint their challenges and design a solution that effectively addresses these issues.

Our findings revealed that numerous schools face difficulties in meeting deadlines for administrative tasks, such as the timely preparation of student grade reports and financial statements. Moreover, the reliance on traditional pen-and-paper methods leads to frequent errors and messy corrections, resulting in unprofessional documentation. Teachers handling large class sizes often encounter problems in accurately recording information, occasionally assigning incorrect grades to students.

In response to these challenges, we developed customized user stories. By employing Agile methodology, we advanced through multiple sprints, delivering valuable increments and integrating feedback at each stage. This iterative approach ensured that we consistently addressed and met the evolving needs of our users.
