The future of mobility
My Role
I lead UI/UX design across multiple teams, collaborating with multiple product and project managers, tech leads, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered solutions. Driving research, iterative design, and Agile processes to enhance digital experiences for Toyota Woven City Residents, Inventors, and partners.
I’m currently the sole UI/UX designer in my department, collaborating with three cross-functional teams: the E-commerce Site Package Team, the Woven Circles Team, and the Behaviour AI Team.

Documentation & Communication
Preparing comprehensive handover documentation for inventors
Developing tutorial videos and “How to Use” guides for inventors and testers
Creating product deck documents to communicate product value and features
Designing comic strips to visually illustrate end-to-end use case scenarios, enhancing stakeholder understanding and alignment
User Testing & Feedback
Conducting dogfooding sessions to gather internal feedback
Supporting face-to-face (F2F) interview sessions with users
Analyzing both moderated and unmoderated user testing sessions
Using qualitative and quantitative data to inform and improve future app iterations
My responsibilities continue to grow, and I’m excited to keep exploring new apps and services—unlocking even more potential alongside my team.

Ongoing Development
I am actively involved in the early stages of these projects, contributing to both their design and development. As we are working on proprietary applications, specific details and screens cannot be shared until the products are officially launched and publicly available.
