The Problem
With millions of businesses transitioning to online platforms, the demand for efficient logistics services has surged significantly.
Both large and small-scale enterprises must ensure prompt delivery of goods to their customers. However, the limited number of logistics companies, coupled with their outdated service methods, are insufficient to meet the demands of today's fast-paced market.
The Goal
To create and deploy cutting-edge logistics solutions that cater to the rising needs of online businesses, both large and small, ensuring swift and effective delivery of goods to customers, while overcoming the shortcomings of current logistics companies and their outdated practices.
The Solution
By leveraging informed user stories and collaborating with a cross-functional team, we designed and developed a cloud-based logistics solution. This platform allows individuals and businesses to seamlessly send parcels or become delivery partners. Requests are processed in real time, ensuring prompt deliveries. Enhanced with advanced GPS functionality, users can track each other's locations in real time, along with other great features.
My Role
As the UI/UX Designer for FreeXiT Logistics, I shaped the user experience of an innovative logistics platform. Working with a cross-functional team, we employed agile methodology to design and develop a system that prioritized user needs at every step.
FreeXiT was envisioned as the most convenient and reliable logistics service broker, dedicated to helping everyday people create wealth through technological innovations. With this vision in mind, I focused on ensuring the platform provided effortless access to both local and global delivery services—truly placing the world in our users’ hands.
